We hope that you are happy with your purchases, however we understand that occasionally you may need to cancel or return an item.
Before returning any goods please read our Terms & Conditions. A simply summary below:
In the case of any return of goods which are not faulty, the returned goods must be unused, in a re-saleable condition & include the original packing, as well as any documentation. Any evidence of fitting, attempted fitting or other usage will lead us to refuse to accept the return of the relevant goods.
You must inform us of any return requests within 7 working days of receipt of the ordered goods, where you are seeking to return goods in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.
All goods supplied by us are warranted free from defects for 12 months from the date of supply. We can very often get a replacement out to you very quickly, and arrange collection of the defective item or part. If the item is faulty, let us now.
To return a product please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org to request a Returns Authorisation Number. When you receive the number please despatch the parts back to us, advising us of the carrier details and making sure the returned parts display the Returns Authorisation Number
On receipt of the parts, we will inspect and confirm receipt back to yourselves and process a credit to the original payment method within three working days.
